Personal data

In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using namaste-dunkerque. com, the user may be asked to provide his or her first and last names, the company name of the business, its trade name, its SIRET, its APE code, the amount of its initial capital, the physical address of its registered office, the physical address of the shop, the telephone and fax numbers of the registered office and of the shop, his or her contact e-mail address, the urls of the pages dedicated to the business on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter, and the location of his or her business via GoogleMap.

With regard to visitors, namaste-dunkerque.com may collect their first and last names, physical address and e-mail address.

The information given by the user via the user interface is necessary for the proper completion of the legal notices automated above. Similarly, the e-mail address is imperative in order to ensure the proper functioning of the various contact forms or e-mail alert algorithms. The information requested from the visitor in the contact form is necessary for the user to be able to contact the visitor quickly and provide an appropriate response.

No information is collected other than for the proper operation of the site and its services. All information provided by users and visitors is provided with full knowledge of the facts at the time it is entered. Some information is optional, some is not. In any event, all mandatory information is explicitly so stated.
Pursuant to the provisions of articles 38 et seq. of the French Data Protection Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978, all users have the right to access, rectify and object to their personal data.
This right may be exercised by :

– the visitor, from his personal space if existing, by email to the address available in the legal notice above, category “Website Owner”, by post to the address also available in the legal notice above, category “Website Owner”.
Apart from via the user interface and the personal space, all requests relating to the user’s or visitor’s personal information must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document and the signature of the holder of said document.

Under no circumstances will the user’s or visitor’s personal information be published, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold without their knowledge to third parties, on any medium whatsoever.

It is no longer necessary to declare non-commercial websites to the CNIL.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the Act of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
